the Sam-Shin theory of the Cheonbugyeong were based on "three numbers", which means
completion, and complete harmony was established as a "three-primary philosophy(三一哲
學)".
The root of the Sam-Je theory in I Ching could be found in the Sam-Shin theory of the
Cheonbugyeong, which reveals the will of heaven and the law of creation of all things.
