계연수의 『천부경』 이해 김철수, 전재우
本”. It provides a significant clue, which reveals the archetype of Korean spiritual culture, as
well as the first verse of Samseonggi, ‘오환건국吾桓建國’(The state founded by the Hwan
people), and the riual rites of Hwandangogi.
Next, regarding Cheonbu Gyeongyohae, Gye Yeon-su said, “When the scriptures were
destroyed and history was lost, fortunately, this scripture could be extracted from Taebaek
Il-sa, and could be published as a volumn itself, in the name of Cheonbu Gyeongyohae. The
first sentence of Cheonbu Gyeongyohae revealed, “Cheonbu Gyeong is the dao of Daeil(the
great one)” Through this writing, we can clearly grasp the core concept what Gye Yeon-su
understood the teachings of Cheonbu Gyeong. It is the newly discovered Cheonbu
Gyeongdohae that can be compared and analyzed with the Cheonbu Gyeongyohae.
Cheonbu gyeong is divided into ten chapters and ten diagrams with annotation in Cheonbu
Gyeongdohae. This seems to be developed from Cheonbu Gyeongyohae, which was divided
into nine chapters. As seen earlier, in Cheonbu Gyeongyohae, it is said that the Cheonbu
Gyeong is the dao of DaeilI(the great one), so it was called ‘大一之’ but in Cheonbu
Gyeongdohae., it was expressed as ‘大之’
Through the comparative analysis of CheonbuGyeongyohae and Cheonbu Gyeongdohae,
we can truly understand Gye Yeon-su’s understanding on Cheonbu Gyeong related to the
exploration of the Korean people’s archetypal culture and Hwandangogi.
